Phases II and III are locally owned by Abe Young & Associates, longtime residents of Kitsap County.
We offer business owners in Kitsap County spacious, affordable start-up location for their businesses. The base rent, including triple net, is 75 cents per square foot per month. Electric service not included. It's our goal to create a small, pleasant, and well-kept business community of which you can be proud. And to help businesses start up, ask us about our six-month “no rent” program.

We have just added Phase III, which is 37,000 square feet of multiple-use business spaces, many of which are 1,800 square feet in size (30 feet wide by 60 feet deep, with a 10-foot by 12-foot roll up door), each with a small office and restroom. These units can be added together if you need more space. One of our buildings is 4,800 square feet with a 20-foot ceiling, two 12- by 14-foot roll up doors, two 12- by 20-foot offices and two restrooms. You can rent all or half. A major portion of Phase III is sprinkled for fire prevention and safety. And, all buildings in both Phase II and Phase III at Kennedy Business Park are wired for three-phase electric power.
We are in the process of “condominiumizing” Phase II and Phase III of Kennedy Business Park and for those who are interested, some of our business units will be available for purchase by our tenants. Commercial financing is available to those who qualify. We will help walk you through the process of securing financial assistance through banks which already have expressed an interest in working with us. Moving is expensive, so to help you ease that burden we offer you one month rent-free. To move in, we require one month’s rent, plus a deposit. But don’t forget to ask about our six-month no-rent program.
